Exchanges – To exchange an item make sure you  follow the the instrustions listed on your return label and place a new order online or over the phone. We will credit your card when the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you via email when your card has been credited.

Returns – You must return the item(s) 30 days from the date the order was shipped. It is your responsibilty to pay for return shiping. We offer $5 return shipping for non board returns and $20 for any wakeboard, skate or surf item.

Follow the intructions carefully on your return label so your return can be processed without delay. Once you package is received at Wake N Skate it will be proccessed immediately. If you can’t find your RMA or Return Label contact us at once so we may email you a new return label pronto.
